The building site is at the north of Rechovot next to the Weizmann Institute of Science. The clients asked for two identical 9 story apartment buildings, with 21 units per each.

The typical floor plan, in level 1-5, consists of three 125 sqm apartments. The layout creates a large open space living area, which faces and has a view to the nearby park. Passageways across the apartment are held at a minimum to allow maximum usable area for the bedrooms.
