הפנטהאוז נמצא בחלקה הדרומי של רמת השרון הגובלת בתל אביב. הלקוח רכש את הדירה מחברה קבלנית במצב גולמי ללא חלוקת פנים. הקפדה בתכנון הפרטים בדירה תרם ליצירת אווירה מרווחת ומודרנית.
The flat was redesigned to create large open-space areas. A working area has been fitted into the master bed room, providing high and immediate access. A bedroom has been replaced with a large shower room allowing in natural light and ventilation.
הדירה תוכננה מחדש תוך כוונה לייצר חללים פתוחים ונרחבים. בחדר השינה תוכננה פינת עבודה אינטימית המעניקה יכולות להיות זמין למתרחש בעולם העסקים גם בשעות לא שגרתיות. פינת עבודה זו תפסה את מקומו של חדר רחצה, ללא אוורור ואור טבעי, ואחד מחדרי השינה בתכנית המקורית הוסב לחדר רחצה מואר ומאוורר .
