The project is located near Petach Tikva. The clients requested the house to consist of two separate units, each one with its own private garden.

The ground floor was shaped as a "T" to create the two separate gardens, allowing maximal privacy for each unit.
קומת הכניסה תוכננה בצורת האות "T" על מנת ליצור שתי גינות נפרדות עם פרטיות מוחלטת לכל יחידה.

The upper floor was placed at the rear of the plot to allow a wider perspective of the garden.
