In order to create a large main garden, on the relatively small plot of only 420 sqm, the house was planned with an "L" shape layout. All the main functions of the house have a clear view of the garden.
שטח המגרש הוא כ - 420 מ"ר, על מנת ליצור תחושה שהגינה גדולה הבית תוכנן בצורת האות "L". כל הפונקציות העיקריות של הבית הופנו פנימה אל תוך החצר הנראית בקלות מכל חלקי הבית.
